Job summary

Mace is leading a large-scale infrastructure programme in Hong Kong, coordinating civil, structural and MEP works across multiple sites. The role centres on PMO and Project Controls leadership, driving cost, schedule, risk management and performance reporting for complex projects.

You will act as a trusted client advisor, manage stakeholder relationships, and develop high‑performing, compliant teams that deliver sustainable, low‑carbon outcomes while ensuring safety and delivery quality.

The Project

A large-scale infrastructure programme involving complex civil, structural, and MEP works across multiple sites. The scope includes new town development, advanced technology facilities, and integrated transport systems, with emphasis on systems coordination, asset renewal, and long-term operational resilience.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Accountable for PMO and Project Controls performance, driving successful outcomes across assigned commissions.
• Define and implement effective frameworks, strategies and governance for control excellence.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on cost, schedule, risk, change and performance reporting.
• Act as trusted client advisor, building strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee baseline development, performance tracking and risk analysis to deliver value.
• Develop high-performing teams, ensuring compliance, innovation and sustainable, low-carbon delivery.

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant degree, professional accreditation and commitment to continuous improvement and industry best practice.
• A minimum of 15 years of PMO and Project Controls leadership experience across major construction programmes and consultancy environments.
• Expertise in frameworks, tools (Primavera, Power BI) and data-driven performance management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving across complex project environments.
