Job summary

Mace is recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a large-scale infrastructure programme spanning multiple sites in Hong Kong. You will lead design, consultants and stakeholder teams, ensuring integrated delivery across lifecycles and achieving timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will manage scopes, budgets, programmes and risk, uphold health and safety, quality and sustainability standards, and drive digital delivery and effective handover. Flexible, hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional qualification (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or equivalent).
• Proven delivery of small to large projects, applying recognised project management methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness, managing budgets, fees, programmes and risk to agreed outcomes.

The Project

A large-scale infrastructure programme involving complex civil, structural, and MEP works across multiple sites. The scope includes new town development, advanced technology facilities, and integrated transport systems, with emphasis on systems coordination, asset renewal, and long-term operational resilience.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Deliver project management services, supporting Associate Director to achieve timely, accurate outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate design, consultant and stakeholder teams across project lifecycles.
• Manage scope, fees, programmes, variations, budgets and risk to agreed objectives.
• Develop integrated design, authorities, procurement and delivery programmes.
• Champion health, safety, wellbeing, quality and Service Excellence standards.
• Drive KPIs, responsible business, digital delivery, net zero and effective handover.

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant degree or professional qualification (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or equivalent), with sound H&S knowledge.
• Proven delivery of small to large projects, applying recognised project management methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness, managing budgets, fees, programmes and risk to agreed outcomes.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, building trusted client and stakeholder relationships.
