Job summary

Hospital Authority - Kowloon Central Cluster invites applications for a Programmer (Information Technology & Information System) at Queen Mary Hospital. You will maintain IT solutions, document changes and support users while liaising with contractors and IT teams.

Under supervision you will test solutions, maintain documentation, and assist in infrastructure enhancements. The position pays HK$29,022 to HK$44,336 monthly, with a potential end-of-contract gratuity for contract staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Pay:

HK$29,022 to HK$44,336 (HGPS Point 10 to 18) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Under close supervision, responsible for maintenance and modification of IT solutions in areas of responsibility .
• Document system changes and enhancement.
• Prepare and perform testing of IT solutions in areas of responsibility.
• Provide users support on IT solutions in areas of responsibility.
• Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system maintenance.
• Maintain system documentations and reports of IT solutions in areas of responsibility.
• Provide after office hours system support.
• Install, configure and maintain system hardware, software or services.
• Assist in monitoring systems connectivity, performance and security control in the areas of responsibility.
• Assist the implementation of technical infrastructure enhancements in the areas of responsibility.

Entry Requirement s:

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.

• Experience in supporting HA IT systems.
