Job summary

• Monitor connectivity, performance and security for IT systems.
• Implement infrastructure enhancements for network, platforms, desktops and data centers.
• Conduct system analysis and design; diagnose problems and implement IT solutions.
• Prepare requirement specs and monitor service provision of IT solutions.
• Provide expert consultancy and maintain system documentation and reports.
