Job summary

The Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong is seeking a software developer to design, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications that support our programs. You will perform system analysis, coding, debugging, deployment, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations.

You will contribute to cloud, automation, AI, and business intelligence initiatives while adhering to security policies and development standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Knowledge of software development using one or more technologies.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in system integration, API development, and database design is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications.
• Perform system analysis, coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support

Support digital transformation initiatives involving cloud technologies, automation, AI solutions, and business intelligence platforms

Ensure compliance with information security policies, development standards, and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, Higher Diploma, or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines

Knowledge of software development using one or more of the following technologies:

Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Experience in system integration, API development, and database design is an advantage

Self-motivated, innovative, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
