Job summary

The Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong is seeking a software developer to design, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications that support our programs. You will perform system analysis, coding, debugging, deployment, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations.

You will contribute to cloud, automation, AI, and business intelligence initiatives while adhering to security policies and development standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/SE or related field.
Knowledge of software development using one or more technologies.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in system integration, API development, and database design is an advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications.
Perform system analysis, coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Prepare technical specifications, system documentation, user guides, and procedures.
Participate in UAT, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
Support digital transformation initiatives involving cloud technologies and BI platforms.
Ensure compliance with information security policies and development standards.
