The Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain core IT operations and provide onsite support for IT infrastructure and end users. You will investigate incidents, coordinate resolutions, perform system testing and daily tasks, and document processes while sharing knowledge with the team.
Candidates should have a higher diploma or above in IT, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
Maintain core IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Provide onsite support for IT infrastructure and end users
Investigate and troubleshooting incidents to ensure the availability of hardware, software, servers, and infrastructure during daily operations
Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve IT issues effectively
Perform system testing, support tasks, and daily routine operations
Communicate and coordinate with users to minimise service disruption
Prepare proper documentation to formalise processes and share knowledge with team members
Carry out ad hoc projects and user training as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support
Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative in daily tasks
Hands‑on experience in MSSQL/MySQL, Active Directory/Windows Server, Nutanix AHV, networking, or firewall administration is an advantage
Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
