Job summary

Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a dedicated Sports Programmes Manager to oversee planning and execution of sports initiatives in line with our mission. The role requires a diploma in a related field and a track record in managing sports programmes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, can handle logistics, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends at multiple programme locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in sports management, business admin, marketing, event management, or related field.
• First Aid/CPR certification is highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sports programmes management.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent logistics skills and deadline-oriented.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
