Job summary

Megaannum Technology Limited is seeking a Program Manager / Assistant Program Manager / Project Manager to frontier Portfolio Operations in Hong Kong. The role spans tech transfer, JV formation, licensing/commercialization, and supply-chain localization, reporting to the COO.

Expect extensive travel across Southeast Asia, China, and the Middle East, with the HK office as a base when not traveling. We are looking for 5+ years of PM/PMO experience in manufacturing/industrial contexts, strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project/program management delivering complex initiatives in manufacturing/industrial contexts.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary, multi-partner projects (technology IP owners, EPC/manufacturing sites, JV partners, government/regulatory advisors).
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to influence without authority and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel ~50% across Southeast Asia, China, and the Middle East.
• Based in or able to relocate to Hong Kong immediately.

Responsibilities

• Lead the COO’s on-the-ground execution across 2–3 strategic programs (tech transfer, JV formation, licensing/commercialization, supply-chain localization).
• Collect and verify milestone, risk, and issue data from workstreams; validate progress and escalate with clear options for decisions.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary stakeholders (technology IP owners, EPC/manufacturing sites, JV partners, government agencies, legal/regulatory advisors, internal functions).
• Prepare concise executive decision packs and dashboards for the COO; run governance cadence and follow-ups.
