Job summary

Goldford Technology Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Director of Program Management to lead multiple cross‑functional programmes, coordinating with our Guangdong facilities and corporate teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Candidates should have 12+ years in programme management, senior leadership experience, PMI/PRINCE2 expertise, strong systems engineering knowledge, and proven stakeholder engagement at executive level; regular travel to China will be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in programme and project management with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology/engineering programmes.
• Expertise in PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong systems engineering and technical delivery knowledge.
• Executive stakeholder relationship management at board level.
• Advanced financial acumen and budget delivery capability.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; adaptable to change.
• Relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) highly desirable.
• Experience in Hong Kong or Greater China environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee multiple concurrent programmes and projects.
• Develop programme strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Manage budgets, resources and cost-effective delivery.
• Establish governance, metrics and risk management processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentoring to managers.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executives on status and risks.
• Identify process improvements and drive best practices.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders throughout lifecycles.
• Capture lessons learned and foster continuous improvement.
