Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced IT Program/Project Manager in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end system implementation projects for world-class clients. You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope and budget while driving pre-sales activities and client engagement.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a CS/IT degree, and strong English communication. Certification such as PMP/PSM/CSM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in system implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex ERP/Finance system projects.
• Strong background in project management, solution planning, and delivery.
• Proficient in Waterfall and Agile/iterative methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PSM, or CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure on-time delivery, within defined scope and budget.
• Coordinate and align internal teams (both onshore and offshore), stakeholders, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Identify, track, and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams in system implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and performance.
• Proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
