Job summary

AEM Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an admin-focused professional to support Marketing Engineers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Hong Kong. You will coordinate customer orders, update pricing, and manage documents via SentryFile portal.

Responsibilities include PO verification, processing changes, RMAs, and maintaining accurate sales and delivery reports, while liaising with various internal teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POs, pricing, and order processing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Marketing Engineers.
• Liaise with customers to ensure smooth processing of new orders, rescheduling, delivery schedules and RMAs.
• Verify and process new Purchase Orders including pricing, lead time, product details, ship-to and bill-to addresses.
• Process SWO, Price Change, AVL, RFQ, Doc-in, RMA, e-Billing and e-PR promptly.
• Maintain pricing for Finish Goods and components in the system.
• Provide shipment details to customers and update monthly sales/OTD/open order/customer reports.
• Upload verified SWO into SentryFile portal.
• Support Project Management in executing customer projects and managing functional requirements from technical/manufacturing perspectives.
• Interface with departments to update progress, plans, and identify critical items affecting deliverables.
