Job summary

OpenRice Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a PMO professional to oversee O2O initiatives and payment-related projects. You will manage cross-functional coordination with business heads and partners, translate requirements into specs, and ensure timely delivery across regions.

The role requires experience with POS, TMS, and DMS, plus familiarity with payment gateways and PCI considerations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant field and has at least two years of experience in payment

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System, Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in payment systems.
• Experience with project management in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as member of the PMO, overseeing the progress and implementation status of various Online-to-Offline (O2O) initiatives and related projects.
• Maintain relationships with business partners; handle and follow up on project items such as POS, TMS, DMS, etc.
• Provide full spectrum support to Business Heads on project development issues, including functional specification review with multiple development heads.
• Communicate and generalize requirements into functional specifications with internal departments in various regions and countries.
• Handle multiple payment gateways, online & offline credit card and wallet payments in Asia major regions and countries.
• PCI environment knowledge is a plus.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required.

You will beresponsible for:

Act as member of the Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing the progress and implementation status of various Online-to-Offline (O2O) initiatives and related projects

With strong business acumen in F&B and/or FMCG industries; maintain relationships with business partners; handle and follow up on project items, such as Point of Sale (POS), Table Management System (TMS), Delivery management System (DMS), etc.

Provide full spectrum support to Business Heads on project development related issues, including functional specification review with multiple development teams heads

Communicate and generalize requirements into functional specification with internal departments in various regions and countries

Handle multiple payment gateways, online & offline credit card and wallet payments in Asia major regions and countries

PCI environment knowledge is a plus, not a must

Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

You should possess:

Degree holder of Computer Science, Information System, Business Management or related discipline

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience. Experience in payment systems or payment related projects is an advantage.

Solid experience in complex working environments with detailed WBS to assign and follow-up with which domain champions

Strong sense and understanding on new media technology market, familiar with internet O2O market, responsive web, mobile usage and social trends

Able to work in odd-hours with strong sense of responsibility

Sensitive to figures, result-oriented, self-motivated and capable of solving problem

Good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills

Good command of written and communication skill in both English and Mandarin
