Job summary

OpenRice Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a PMO professional to oversee O2O initiatives and payment-related projects. You will manage cross-functional coordination with business heads and partners, translate requirements into specs, and ensure timely delivery across regions.

The role requires experience with POS, TMS, and DMS, plus familiarity with payment gateways and PCI considerations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant field and has at least two years of experience in payment

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System, Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in payment systems.
• Experience with project management in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as member of the PMO, overseeing the progress and implementation status of various Online-to-Offline (O2O) initiatives and related projects.
• Maintain relationships with business partners; handle and follow up on project items such as POS, TMS, DMS, etc.
• Provide full spectrum support to Business Heads on project development issues, including functional specification review with multiple development heads.
• Communicate and generalize requirements into functional specifications with internal departments in various regions and countries.
• Handle multiple payment gateways, online & offline credit card and wallet payments in Asia major regions and countries.
• PCI environment knowledge is a plus.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required.
