Responsibilities

• Lead / support the development and implementation of new products, product revamp and sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project schedule and timely delivery of tasks and deliverables.
• Drive discussions or participate in focus groups that help formulate product design and customer supports.
• Conduct market intelligence, product comparison and analysis to identify business opportunities and issues.
• Prepare and review product-related or campaign-related materials.
• Review user requirements and coordinate fulfillment for sales campaigns.
• Handle product enquiries from field forces.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
