Job summary

Manulife Financial invites a Director, Product Proposition & Solutions to shape and execute innovative product strategies across major portfolios in Hong Kong. You will own end-to-end lifecycle, translate customer insights into propositions, and drive growth with market differentiation.

Partner with business, technology, and leadership teams to define roadmaps, oversee delivery with scrum practices, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management and strategy.
• Deep knowledge of financial services and industry practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in changing environments.
• Strong business case development and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine long-term product strategies for key portfolios.
• Translate insights into actionable product propositions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver value.
• Mentor junior team members and manage vendor relationships.
• Define roadmaps and prioritised user stories with Scrum teams.
• Monitor product performance and report trends.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
