CITIC Telecom CPC seeks a Product Operations Executive (for procurement & sourcing) in Hong Kong to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for smooth order processing and onboarding. You will handle sourcing from local and overseas vendors, negotiate quotations, and align with ISO standards while supporting Presales teams.

The role requires a degree in business administration, 2+ years in procurement or logistics, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in procurement or service logistics.
• Work experience in IT or telecommunication industries is preferred.
• Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and be detail-minded.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and Chinese typing.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

The Challenge We Pose to You:

• Act as contact point between internal parties and external suppliers on order processing and supplier onboarding
• Handle sourcing and procurement activities from local and overseas suppliers, complying with ISO requirements.
• Follow up vendor quotation and provide assistance to procurement team for facilitating order processing.
• Responsible for vendor quotation negotiation process aligning to company procurement policy and standard
• Provide administrative support to Presales teams
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

What You Bring to Us:
