Delken Group Limited is seeking a Procurement Officer/Supervisor in Hong Kong to manage procurement activities and drive supplier negotiations. The role covers bidding, quotation processes, and vendor registration, with a focus on executing headquarters policies and maintaining a robust vendor pool.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in procurement, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Formación

• Diploma or above is required.
• 2-3 years’ procurement experience, preferably in marketing; skilled in sourcing, price comparison and negotiation.
• Experience with computerized procurement systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and have good communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Handle BQMS system operation including bidding/quotation and vendor registration.
• Implement headquarter marketing procurement policy within the company.
• Administer purchasing activities, mainly bidding & quotation, to ensure smooth operation.
• Source supply through appropriate and competitive means.
• Manage vendor pool by sourcing & evaluating new vendors and reviewing performance of existing vendors.
• Negotiate with vendors for better price and terms for goods and services.
• Take up any other duties as assigned by superior.

Procurement Officer / Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Handle BQMS system operation including bidding/quotation and vendor registration process and ensure its smooth operation
• Implement headquarter marketing procurement policy within the Company
• Handle the administration of purchasing activities and ensure its smooth operation, mainly in bidding & quotation
• Ensure sources of supply are established by appropriate and competitive means
• Manage vendor pool by sourcing & evaluation of new vendor, and periodic performance review for exiting vendors
• Negotiate with vendors for better price and terms and conditions in the supply of goods and services
• Take up any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 2-3 years’ procurement working experience, preferably in marketing field; experienced in sourcing, price comparison and negotiation
• Experience on computerized procurement system is a plus
• Self-motivated, work independently and good communications skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
