Job summary

ST Engineering Mission Software & Services is seeking a senior product leader to own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery to launch, while coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability. This is a consultancy role with accountability for outcomes and a hands-on, rigorous approach.

You will identify riskiest assumptions, run user research, define strategy, track KPIs, and shape go-to-market plans, driving iterative improvements across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end.
• Experience coaching Product Managers or Owners through pairing or mentorship in a consultancy or client-facing context.
• Methods: Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, outcome-based roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build.
• Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation
• Analyse post-launch data and drive iterative improvements, facilitate retrospectives
• Coach client Product Managers through daily pairing, identify gaps and tailor enablement.
• Create psychologically safe environments for learning and collaboration
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment; navigate complex organizational dynamics
