Job summary

WORMS Safety is seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of FullBridge solutions. You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, implementation consultants, and development teams to translate needs into clear product requirements and scalable stories.

Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, mapping business processes, defining requirements, and managing ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, ERP Consulting, or Solution Design.

Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of FullBridge solutions.

You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, implementation consultants, and development teams to understand business processes and translate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews.
• Understand customer challenges, operational workflows, compliance requirements, and business processes.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Perform gap analysis between customer processes and FullBridge capabilities.
• Recommend best-practice solutions during implementation and product discussions.

Product Specification & Requirements Management

• Create detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, mock‑ups, and acceptance criteria.
• Define product behaviour, business rules, workflows, and integration requirements.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with customer expectations.

Project & Delivery Management

• Manage projects from concept through deployment.
• Coordinate between customers, development teams, QA teams, and implementation consultants.
• Monitor scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go‑live activities.

ERP & System Integration

• Understand ERP ecosystem concepts including:
• Master Data Management
• Purchase Orders
• Compliance Management
• Workflow Automation
• Work with technical teams on API integrations between FullBridge and external systems.
• Define integration requirements and data mapping specifications.

Experience

• 5+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, ERP Consulting, or Solution Design experience.
• Experience working with ERP, PLM, QMS, Compliance, or Supply Chain platforms.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end software product development.
• Experience conducting customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and remote teams.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms and cloud-based business applications.
