Leadingnation is seeking a Senior Consultant, Product Management in Hong Kong for a 1-year contract. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and client partnership, shaping what gets built and how it is prioritised.

You’ll lead engagements end-to-end across multi-stakeholder environments, coaching junior team members and delivering measurable outcomes for clients. This embedded role emphasizes judgement, ownership, and clear communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of product management leadership experience.
• Experience leading engagements across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to own product outcomes end-to-end.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery, framing problems, and define questions before solutions.
• Translate strategy into product vision, roadmaps, and prioritisation.
• Conduct user and stakeholder research to ground decisions in evidence.
• Own backlog end-to-end and translate strategy into epics and stories.
• Drive agile ceremonies and maintain delivery pace in regulated environments.
