Job summary

HashKey Capital in Hong Kong seeks a Product Manager to support growth of its liquid fund product suite at the intersection of investment strategy, fund structuring, compliance, and distribution. The role requires execution focus and comfort navigating regulatory frameworks in a fast-moving TradFi and Web3 environment.

You will collaborate with portfolio managers, legal, and sales to define parameters, develop narratives, build models, and deliver investor reporting for institutional clients,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA or equivalent is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial product management, fund structuring, or investment management within liquid markets.
• Working knowledge of regulated fund structures in Hong Kong/Singapore; familiarity with the SFC licensing framework is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of fund structures across open-end and closed-end funds, retail and private funds, and onshore and offshore vehicles.
• Solid understanding of liquid product types — tracker funds, ETFs, actively managed funds, fixed income, and/or structured products.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to manage workstreams across investment, legal, operations, and distribution simultaneously.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how product design links to revenue and client outcomes.
• Comfortable building in ambiguity and establishing processes from scratch in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of liquid fund products, from structuring through launch and monitoring.
• Work closely with portfolio managers to define product parameters, investment universe, fee structures, risk limits, and benchmarking methodology.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance on fund setup, subscription/redemption mechanics, and SFC regulatory requirements across professional and retail investor access.
• Support institutional client acquisition and retention by developing products and materials that directly address sophisticated investor needs.
• Partner with sales and investor relations to develop product narratives, pitch materials, and investor reporting for institutional clients, family offices, and HNW investors.
• Track the competitive landscape and identify whitespace opportunities for new product development.
• Support the buildout of customized mandates and structured solutions tailored to institutional clients' liquidity, risk, and horizon requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance product research, competitive benchmarking, reporting, and investor communication workflows.
• Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing products, including revenue projections, fee economics, break-even analysis, and scenario modelling to support product approval and business case development.
