Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a communications role.
• Proven media relations and award application experience.
• Experience in internal and external corporate communications.
• Familiarity with financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement media relations strategies to enhance the company’s public image
• Coordinate and manage award applications to recognize company achievements
• Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
• Craft client-facing communications to maintain strong relationships and convey key messages
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication effectiveness
• Assist in crisis communication management when necessary
• Contribute to the development and execution of the overall communication strategy
