Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Communications professional to lead channel engagement for MPF and pension programs. You will craft messages for agents, banks and brokers, coordinate education initiatives and manage calendars to ensure consistent, clear customer communications.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in communications/PR/marketing with 5+ years in financial services, and strong English/Chinese copywriting, event management, and project leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, preferably in financial services.
• Experience overseeing print materials design/production and social media content creation.
• Experience collaborating with agents, banks and brokers is advantageous.
• Copywriting, video production and event management experience preferred.
• Strong English and Chinese written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage with distribution channels to execute communication and engagement programs.
• Plan and implement channel education and engagement initiatives.
• Curate marketing messages and develop materials for agents, banks and brokers.
• Manage channel communication calendar for timely messaging.
• Support HK Retirement customer communications programs.
• Liaise with peers and stakeholders to execute communications.
• Translate MPF and pension information into clear messages.
