Manulife is seeking an experienced communications professional to lead channel and customer communications for the HK Retirement business. You will curate marketing messages and develop materials to support effective engagement with agents, banks and brokers, while coordinating with peers and stakeholders to deliver clear MPF and pension communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, preferably in financial services, insurance, MPF or pensions.
• Experience overseeing design/production of print materials and publications; social media content creation, monitoring and management.
• Experience collaborating with agents, banks and brokers is advantageous.
• Experience in copywriting, video production and event management is preferred.
• Strong marketing and communication skills, in English and Chinese.

• Work with stakeholders across distribution channels to execute communication and engagement programs for MPF and pension image, supporting acquisition and retention targets.
• Assist in planning and implementing channel education and engagement initiatives.
• Curate messages and develop materials for effective communication with agents, banks and brokers.
• Manage channel communication calendar for timely, coordinated messaging.
• Support customer communication programs for the HK Retirement business.
• Liaise with peers and stakeholders to execute customer communications as required.
• Translate MPF and pension information into clear, engaging messages for customers.
