Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Product Marketing leader in Hong Kong to drive end-to-end marketing for new product launches and ongoing programs. You will translate product propositions into compelling sales stories, collateral and training materials, and ensure clear positioning for frontline advisors and customers.

You will work with Product Proposition, Distribution, Marketing, Actuarial and Training teams to launch products and sustain sales momentum across distribution channels.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines.
• 6+ years in product marketing or insurance marketing.
• Proven experience leading product launches.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing support for product launches and refresh initiatives.
• Develop brochures, sales presentations, product guides, FAQs, training content & promos.
• Position products and craft customer-centric value propositions and messaging.
• Collaborate with Agency, Brokerage, Bancassurance and distribution teams to align marketing with channel needs.
• Develop and coach the Product Marketing team to execute multiple campaigns.
