Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong invites a seasoned procurement professional to lead end-to-end procurement activities for diverse airport projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in public organizations.
• Experience with WTO/GPA tenders is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle Financial/Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities.
• Develop and implement sourcing and contracting strategies to optimise value for money.
• Provide professional procurement advice on sourcing approaches and market engagement activities.
• Lead tender evaluations, commercial negotiations and contract award processes.
• Manage major contract renewals and strategic procurement projects.
• Prepare procurement submissions, management papers and approval documents for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate successful procurement outcomes and long‑term value creation.
• Coach and mentor junior procurement staff, supporting capability development.
