URA Urban Renewal Authority seeks professionals to prepare procurement briefs and tender documents, and to oversee tender processes for supervision/inspection consultants and rehabilitation contracts. The role includes evaluating tenders, administering contracts, and coordinating with owners’ corporations and consultants.

Candidates should hold a building/construction degree, have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and possess professional qualifications (MHKIS/MHKIE/MHKIA or equivalent).

Competenze

• University degree in building/construction related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the building/construction field.
• Professional qualifications such as MHKIS, MHKIE, MHKIA, or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Prepare procurement briefs, tender documents, selection criteria and contract agreements for supervision/inspection consultants and rehabilitation works via e-tendering.
• Conduct tender analysis, respond to queries, and draft evaluation reports for manager’s review.
• Administer consultancy and works contracts, review plans, highlight issues, and assess variations or extensions of time.
