Urban Renewal Authority 市區重建局 (on behalf of the Building Maintenance Support and Services Council) invites high-calibre professionals to apply for a role focused on procurement, tendering, and contract management for building maintenance projects. The ideal candidate holds a building/construction degree and relevant professional qualifications (MHKIS/MHKIE/MHKIA or equivalent) with at least five years' experience.

Strong English and Chinese communication skills are required.

Formación

Bachelor degree in building/construction or related field.
Professional qualifications such as MHKIS/MHKIE/MHKIA or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

Assist in preparing procurement briefs, tender documents and contract agreements.
Conduct tender analysis and draft evaluation reports for management review.
Administer consultancy and works contracts; review plans and variations.
Coordinate with inspection and supervision consultants; monitor inspection reports.
Facilitate meetings with owners’ corporations, consultants and contractors; prepare minutes.
Coordinate signing of contracts between consultants and owners’ corporations or others.
Conduct owners’ surveys to gather feedback on consultants’ performance.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
