• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Exposure to process mapping, workflow optimization, reporting, or automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
