Job summary

Travel Expert in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence & Transformation Manager to drive process improvement, SOP governance, and digital transformation across the organization. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, BPI, Process Governance, Business Transformation, or related functions.
• Proven experience in process optimization, SOP development, process mapping, system implementation, digital transformation, and quality control.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation technologies, or process improvement initiatives leveraging digital solutions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, process flows, and operational standards to support corporate strategy and business objectives.

Operational Excellence & Transformation Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Manager, Operational Excellence & Transformation is responsible for driving operational excellence and business process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will lead process optimization, SOP and process governance, quality control, system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness, standardization, and compliance. The incumbent will work closely with department heads and management teams to ensure operational processes support the Company's strategic objectives and sustainable growth.
