Job summary

NVD Asia Logistics Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Process Management Specialist to drive cross‑office process alignment, digital transformation, and project delivery in our fast‑growing freight forwarding business.

You will map and optimize end‑to‑end processes, collaborate with Operations Heads, and translate business needs into system features alongside IT and product teams. Fluent English and Mandarin preferred; strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end China export logistics and freight forwarding processes.
• Preferred experience in process design, standardization, and continuous system/workflow improvement.
• Proven track record in supporting system implementations, business analysis, and collaborating with software development teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

About you

Minimum 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

In‑depth understanding of end‑to‑end China export logistics and freight forwarding processes.

Preferred experience in process design, standardization, and continuous system/workflow improvement.

Proven track record in supporting system implementations, business analysis, and collaborating with software development teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel); strong data sensitivity; hands‑on experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools for data processing/dashboard development is preferred.

Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Strong multi‑tasking abilities, excellent prioritization skills, and independent problem‑solving capabilities.
