Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound order checking, document review, shipment tracking and issue resolution for European overseas warehouses.
• Respond to overseas warehouse enquiries during evening remote hours; maintain project records and ledgers.
• Conduct full-English written & verbal communication with overseas warehouses, partners and HQ; report progress and risks.
• Maintain existing clients, develop new clients and supply-chain vendors (overseas warehousing, cross-border transport, customs clearance).
• Perform market intelligence research on industry and competitors to support business strategy.
• Support Hong Kong office compliance & administrative work; undertake global business travel as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking an Overseas Project Specialist to oversee end-to-end operations for our European overseas warehouses. You will manage cross-time-zone liaison with overseas teams, handle full-English business communication, maintain client & supplier relationships, conduct market research and support global business expansion. This role requires daytime on-site work in Hong Kong plus evening remote response to align with European working hours.

Key responsibilities

Manage outbound order checking, document review, shipment tracking and issue resolution for European overseas warehouses, ensure closed-loop order fulfilment

Respond to overseas warehouse enquiries and exceptions during evening remote hours; maintain accurate project system records and standard business ledgers

Conduct full-English written & verbal communication with overseas warehouses, partners and mainland HQ; report project progress and operational risks

Maintain existing clients, develop new clients and supply-chain vendors (overseas warehousing, cross-border transport, customs clearance)

Perform market intelligence research on industry and competitors to support business strategy

Support Hong Kong office compliance & administrative work; undertake global business travel as assigned

About you

Eligible for full-time on-site employment in Hong Kong; accept daytime office attendance + evening flexible remote work for Europe time zone

Excellent English and Chinese proficiency, fluent Mandarin; Dutch / German is a plus

Bachelor's degree or above

2+ years logistics / cross-border supply-chain experience preferred; outstanding fresh graduates welcome

Proficient in MS Office, skilled in data processing and report preparation

Basic understanding of EU import-export rules and cross-border logistics workflows is advantageous

Detail-minded, strong cross-cultural communication, coordination and stress-handling capability

Good professional conduct, proactive team player with solid execution and service mindset

Possess valid driving licence for global overseas trips and field assignments
