Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a qualified professional to develop and monitor private bank service standards, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and strict regulatory compliance.

The role requires a university degree, at least three years in banking, and strong English and Chinese communication. You will work within a fast-paced environment across private banking operations in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• University graduate
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience or relevant working experience
• Familiar with general consumer banking products and services, banking practices, relevant banking ordinances and regulatory requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

Responsibilities

• Develop Department quality assurance strategies and formalize service standards to consistently improve Private Bank service.
• Monitor service quality and oversee daily operations of Private Bank
• Ensure all operation are carried out in a proper manner and full compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
• Ensure high quality of service is accurately and efficiently
