Job summary

China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations Support) in Wealth Management/Private Banking to provide frontline customer service, process counter transactions, and support account openings for high-net-worth clients.

You will perform KYC/CDD checks and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will coordinate trade processing with internal teams, handle inquiries and filings, and work closely with various departments to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years’ operations support in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Papers 1 & 3.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

Provide customer services through counter transactions.
Collect supporting documents and perform KYC/CDD checks for new clients and maintain records.
Ensure client information and documents are complete, accurate and valid.
Handle client requests and instructions, including trade processing and inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments on monitoring trade processing, input, settlement, confirmations and remittance.
Handle filings, correspondences, email and phone inquiries.
