Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–8 years’ related experience.
• Mandarin fluency essential for GCHK Markets.
• HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8 required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems and controls to ensure compliance with HKMA/SFC rules.
• Respond to client inquiries and instructions; coordinate with Product Groups.
• Prepare account review materials and monitor credit reviews.
• Provide admin support to Relationship Manager and Senior RM.
• Ensure client profiles/docs are complete, accurate and up-to-date.
