Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Financial Products and Services.
• HKMA Relevant Individual Type 1 license.
• RNF license required, i.e. obtained both CACS Paper 1 and 2 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client services to Private Banking clients.
• Ensure Front Office collaboration with support functions.
• Comply with AML procedures and report suspicious activity promptly.
• Maintain a compliant control environment and mitigate risks.
• Assist TL/RMs with client transactions and KYC diligence.
• Prepare Business Credit Applications and financial review documents.
• Escalate and resolve client service issues per procedures.
• Lead by example and develop team skills.
• Adhere to Group Conduct Principles and regulatory requirements.
