Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd seeks a KYC Analyst (Private Wealth) for an Investment Bank in Hong Kong. You will perform KYC reviews, assess CIP, TNW and SOW, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, AML and Operations to maintain accounts and drive process improvements. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of AML frameworks are essential, with Chinese language proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience performing KYC reviews and CIP/CDD checks.
• Ability to identify data gaps and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with Front Office, Compliance, AML, and Operations.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA/Power BI/Power Automate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Trigger Event and KYC reviews, including assessment of CIP, TNW and SOW and supporting documentation.
• Ensure client information and documentation are complete, accurate and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Compliance, AML and Operations to facilitate account maintenance and approvals.
• Maintain accurate client and account records; support process improvements and data reviews.
