Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a Customer Service professional for its Private Banking division in Hong Kong. The role focuses on supporting Relationship Managers, managing the client lifecycle, and ensuring timely KYC completion to uphold compliance and customer trust.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant private banking experience, with strong English and Chinese communication skills, including Putonghua.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Must be qualified to carry out Investment regulated activities (Types 1 and 4) under SFO.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in delivering differentiated service to high net-worth clients and contribute to customer retention and growth.
• Oversee the client account lifecycle from opening through maintenance to closure.
• Ensure KYC is completed on time with accurate, compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with business support to ensure timely transaction processing and client‑focused service.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships to gain confidence and trust, delivering tailored solutions.
• Assist Relationship Managers in daily maintenance of client relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for client instructions, monitor fund payments, and prepare loan disbursement instructions.
