Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Client Service Executive to serve high net worth clients and assist Relationship Managers in deepening relationships and driving income growth. You will handle inquiries, ensure accurate account opening documents, and coordinate with processing teams to ensure smooth, timely service in a private banking setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and private banking experience, with excellent Cantonese and English communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven and progressive private banking experience or equivalent.
• Proven customer service, communications, sales, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Good understanding of the major products or services available in the private banking industry.
• Credit Skills, ideally obtained in an area dealing with High Net Worth individuals or Business Banking.
• Technology Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• A good team player with drive for success and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for high net worth or ultra high net worth clients externally and clients internally for flow transactional banking elements.
• Support Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and improve income generation through focused business development activities.
• Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by addressing high net worth client enquiries and requests.
• Ensure high net worth client account opening documents are complete and accurate and that data input is timely and correctly formatted.
• May be involved in the credit application process by ensuring that all credit applications meet deadlines.
• Ensure all high net worth client-service activities comply with established processes and procedures.
• Assist Relationship Managers in taking orders and preparing daily transactions accurately and coordinating with processing departments on migrated processes.
