Job summary

Bank of Communications (Hong HK) Limited is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager in Private Banking Services to support Private Bankers with administrative tasks and client servicing in Hong Kong. Degree with 3 years front-line wealth management experience preferred; fluency in Putonghua and Cantonese with good

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above with relevant banking experience.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products.
• Fluent in Putonghua and Cantonese; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Bankers in providing administrative support and updated market information to clients
• Handle clients’ enquiries, requests and instructions, and daily operations such as collecting documents for account opening and maintaining proper documentation (KYC, filing, etc.)
• Work closely with internal departments to monitor the entire trade processing, including system input, settlement arrangement, client confirmation and remittance
