Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong seeks a Client Services Manager for Private Banking to deliver high-quality service to Private Banking clients and to support Front Office teams with operational excellence.

You will ensure compliance with money laundering procedures, assist Team Leads/Relationship Managers with client profiling, KYC, and documentation, and escalate issues promptly to management. This role emphasizes risk awareness and adherence to Group policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold RNF license with CACS Paper 1 & 2 certifications.
• HKMA Relevant Individual Type 1 license is required.
• Understanding of Private Banking operations and KYC processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client support services to TL / RMs for Private Banking transactions.
• Handle client queries on transactional activity, operations and account re-balancing.
• Assist TL/RMs with sales documentation and client profiling / KYC diligence.
• Ensure documents and reporting comply with internal process standards.
• Escalate customer complaints and regulatory concerns to management as required.
