Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking a client-focused Concierge to support our Private Banking team in Hong Kong. You will handle customer inquiries, greet and guide clients, and assist relationship managers in serving high net worth individuals with basic banking and wealth management needs.

You will also coordinate account opening documentation, provide meeting logistics, and contribute to ad-hoc Private Banking projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking or customer service is preferred.
• Good knowledge of banking policy and operational procedures.
• Self-motivated with good sales and service orientation.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) skills.
• Ability to handle high net worth clients with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on banking services at concierge to provide high quality services to customers.
• Greet, direct, and manage customers’ interactions to ensure a premium service experience.
• Assist relationship managers to serve high net worth customers in basic banking and wealth management needs.
• Assist client take-on process; particularly account opening documentation with high net worth customers.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, including room bookings, equipment setup, and materials preparation.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects for Private Banking Department.
• Take accountability for providing excellent service and resolving customer problems promptly and professionally.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
