Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Hong Kong is seeking a Professional to support Hong Kong Market as Banker Support, Analyst/Associate.

You will work with Client Advisors to maintain client accounts and assist in daily activities, contributing to a first-class client experience. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Business and at least 1 year of client service or relationship management support in private banking, with strong English and Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of client service and/or relationship manager support experience in Private Bank, with background in brokerage and/or trading.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for exceptional client service and ability to engage multiple stakeholders
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong ownership and urgency
Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese proficiency required for HK clients

Responsibilities

Monitor client accounts and assist with daily account administration (updating documentation, periodic reviews)
Support Client Advisors in Know-Your-Client documentation and suitability assessments
Own the full trading life-cycle: pre-trade checks, execution, post-trade checks and reporting
Develop deep knowledge of all asset classes and products offered by Private Bank
Act as primary contact with external clients for day-to-day administration and servicing
Assist advisors in preparation for client meetings and analyses for client presentations
