Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking an experienced Priority Banking Support professional to back PB Relationship Managers across banking transactions and service matters. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and nurture client relationships while ensuring AML/compliance standards and timely customer care.

The role emphasizes accurate handling of documents, campaign sharing, and achieving sales/service targets within a dedicated PB center environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/ Banking/ Investment/ Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Malaysian citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues from enquiries to resolution.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing standards and improving systems.
• Engage customers to build sustainable relationships and trust.
• Attend PB walk-ins in a timely and accurate manner.
• Share information on campaigns and cross-sell products (Credit Card, SMF).
• Refer sales to RMs for PB upgrades and investments, per license requirements.
• Ensure documents meet AML/FATCA/CRS/FEAR compliance.
• Perform callback confirmations of sales and banking transactions.
• Maintain the Priority Banking Center facilities, equipment and stationery.
• Organize documentation and filing for up-to-date records.
• Meet personal and team sales and service targets.
