Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited is seeking a client services professional to support private banking activities. You will handle client inquiries, maintain documentation, and coordinate with Product Groups, Operations and RM teams to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth account management.

The role requires 3–8 years in client service or sales support, Mandarin fluency, and familiarity with HKMA/SFC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–8 years of related experience in client service, operations or sales support.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential for handling GCHK Markets.
• Regulatory knowledge and HKMA/MRC awareness preferable.
• Regulatory licenses: HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems and controls to ensure compliance with SFC, HKMA and internal policies; act as a gatekeeper for sales processes.
• Respond to client enquiries, follow up on instructions, and coordinate with Product Groups, Operations and other teams.
• Prepare CA and monitor credit reviews, line excess, margin calls and collateral positions.
• Prepare account review materials for RM or IC review on a regular basis.
• Provide administrative and client support to RM/SRM; maintain client data, schedule meetings, prepare correspondences and presentations.
