Job summary

ACW Distribution (HK) Ltd is seeking a Network Security Specialist/Consultant in Hong Kong to drive pre-sales activities, understand customer needs, and support professional services. You will deliver presentations and PoCs, design security solutions, and collaborate with sales to expand the IT security offerings in the regional market.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in IT or computer-related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT or networking.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, and LAN/WAN architecture.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus).
• Willingness to learn, proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales responsibilities and support for professional services and post-sales.
• Identify, understand and define customer needs and business requirements.
• Prepare presentations, demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC).
• Design technical solutions and scope professional services.
• Participate in conferences, shows and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams in pre-sales activities.
