Job summary

HKBN is seeking a Pre-sales Consultant to support carrier and wholesale pre-sales activities in Hong Kong. The role involves working with the sales team to identify opportunities, engaging with clients to assess technical needs, and crafting tailored solution designs and proposals.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in technical pre-sales, CCNP or JNCIP certification, and hands-on routing & switching experience.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in related disciplines.
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or consultant role at telecom providers.
• CCNP or JNCIP certification.
• Pre-sales support for carrier/wholesale customers is preferred.
• Hands-on routing & switching expertise in network operations or provisioning.
• Knowledge of Dark Fibre, Wavelength, Metro Ethernet, Internet, Data Centre, etc.
• Voice network knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in SI/ICT sectors is advantageous.
• Strong presentation, writing, negotiation, analytics and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Certified with CCNP/JNCIP
• Pre-sales support for carrier and wholesale customers is preferred
• Hands-on technical expertise on routing & switching in network operations or provisioning
• Equipped with technical knowledge on major FTNS services: Dark Fibre, Wavelength, Metro Ethernet, Internet, Subsea/Terrestrial Cables, Data Centre, Wireless Communication
• Equipped with technical knowledge of voice network is a plus
• Working experiences in SI/ICT sectors is an advantage
• Process good presentation, writing, negotiation, analytics, problem-solving skills
