The role requires strong organization, bilingual English and Chinese, a valid HK driving license, and proficiency in MS Office to keep accurate vehicle descriptions, pricing, and status across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, used car operations, logistics, or related coordination roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate used car stock reconditioning, including repairs, detailing, and mechanical checks.
• Arrange logistics for vehicle movements between workshops, storage, and sales locations.
• Monitor and update vehicle status throughout the preparation process.
• Maintain and update company websites accurate with vehicle descriptions, photos, pricing, and status.
• Track and resolve delays or issues affecting vehicle readiness.
• Manage logistics for imported used cars, including shipping and delivery coordination.
• Arrange and track licensing, registration, and compliance documentation for imported vehicles.
• Ensure the overall process fulfil internal policies and Principal’s audit requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support smooth operations.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job description

To facilitate the overall turnaround time from sourcing to selling, in order to achieve monthly used car targets.

Responsibilities

Coordinate used car stock reconditioning, including repairs, detailing, and mechanical checks

Arrange logistics for vehicle movements between workshops, storage, and sales locations

Monitor and update vehicle status throughout the preparation process

Maintain and update company websites accurate with vehicle descriptions, photos, pricing, and status

Track and resolve delays or issues affecting vehicle readiness

Manage logistics for imported used cars, including shipping and delivery coordination

Arrange and track licensing, registration, and compliance documentation for imported vehicles

Ensure the overall process fulfil internal policies and Principal’s audit requirements

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support smooth operations

Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in any discipline

Experience in automotive, used car operations, logistics, or related coordination roles preferred

Possess of Hong Kong valid driving license no. 1 & 2 is required

Responsible, able to work under pressure and handle multitask

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese

Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
