Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong invites a seasoned Communications professional to join our HK & Macau team. You will craft and curate bilingual content, manage media relations, and coordinate with boutiques and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

Reporting to the Assistant PR & Event Manager, HK & Macau, you will handle press releases, media alerts, invitations, speeches and digital copy, while tracking coverage and maintaining strong media relationships to elevate the

Qualifications

• Solid experience in communications, with agency experience a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Write, adapt, proofread and curate high-quality bilingual content for internal and external communications, including press releases, media alerts, product information, event invitations, speeches, executive talking points, Q&A, newsletters, presentations, and copywriting for digital platforms.
• Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests, photo shoots and product loan logistics in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, stylists, and self-media across print, digital, and social platforms.
• Track and monitor media coverage of the Maison, compile regular reports to assess PR effectiveness on a regular basis.
• Coordinate arrangements with external vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g. retail team and boutiques) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
